We bought this property in Sun City West as-is, full of stuff – it was a hoarder’s house. It was a huge house (compared to our usual flips) in a great area so we decided to pay a little extra attention to detail and used some higher end finishes on the remodel.

It ended up being a great project with several factors outside of our comfort zone!

We bought this town home in central Phoenix with a tenant in place. Shortly after close of escrow, we provided the non-renewal notice to the tenants. After they moved out, we did a full renovation to the property and sold it!

We bought this town home in central Phoenix. The upstairs portion of the home and the bathrooms were already updated. We came in and redid the downstairs with new tile, new kitchen, and fresh paint. This one was interesting since it wasn’t quite a full remodel, but it definitely needed more than a good cleaning!

This property was a tri-level home needing a lot of work. It was a pretty decent, outdated house other than the fact it was lacking a true master bedroom. We ended up adding a master bathroom and new closet upstairs in what was the master closet as well as opening up the kitchen so it flows into the living room. This one has to be one of our best – and most fun – transformations yet!
